Sonoma County Hardship Fund
The Sonoma County Hardship Fund is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to individuals and families who have been impacted by natural disasters or other unforeseen events. Our mission is to provide a safety net for those who are facing financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control.
The Hardship Fund was established in response to the devastating wildfires that swept through Sonoma County in 2017. Since then, we have expanded our services to support individuals and families impacted by other disasters, including floods, earthquakes, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our goal is to provide immediate assistance to those who need it most. We work with local organizations and community leaders to identify individuals and families who are facing financial hardship and provide them with the support they need to get back on their feet. Our grants are designed to cover immediate expenses, such as housing, food, and medical care.
Helping Sonoma County Rise Above Hardship, Together
